What We Can Build for You
Miniature Metal Parts
RIPL produces intricate components as small as 0.02” with features down to 0.001”. Ideal range: 2–5 mm. Complex geometries welcome.
High-Performance Materials
Most parts are printed in 17-4 PH stainless steel at 99% density. Other surgical steels, titanium, nitinol, and ceramic options are in active development.
Design-Driven Flexibility
Resolution down to 5 microns, with no tooling or mold constraints. Design to the part’s needs — not the process.
